Food For The Screwed and Keeping It Simple

Chris and Jesse are joined by Marco Herrera and Colin Sato, chefs at the Vintage Wine Bar in downtown Tulsa. Marco and Colin talk with us about their recent project called “Food For The Screwed”, a program designed to help feed and support their colleagues in the local restaurant business, as they have struggled like many of us during the COVID-19 pandemic. Marco and Colin discuss the dishes they create, the drinks they offer, and join us in a fun and communal effort to support each other’s small businesses during these times.

To learn more about “Food For The Screwed” and how to donate, or to learn about Vintage Wine Bar, visit their website, or their Instagram.
